Shaping Sodexo’s Future: Introducing the New VP of Corporate Citizenship

In a move to enhance its leadership in sustainability and corporate citizenship, Sodexo welcomed Arlin Wasserman as the company’s Vice President for Corporate Citizenship in November 2007. Wasserman brought with him two decades of experience in sustainability, recycling, community food, economic development and public policy issues.
“Our greatest strength is our diversity,” said Wasserman. “Our employees have the ability to create multicultural relationships that will assist in moving us towards our goals and, in turn, exceeding client expectations.” That was one of the many strengths that drew our new Vice President of Corporate Citizenship to Sodexo this past fall. Meet Chef Ray, Executive Chef for Sodexo

Meet Chef Ray, who joined Sodexo in August 2007 as an Executive Chef with our Senior Services Division. Since that time, he has worked at several accounts in California, including Mt. San Antonio Gardens in Pomona, Lake Park Retirement Community in Oakland, The Sequoias in Portola Valley and the Pacific Regent Towers in Bellevue, Washington, providing him with great opportunities to see Sodexo in action. Although offered a position within a unit, Ray has decided to stay in a resource assignment and continue to travel to different accounts to learn more about the Senior Services Division.
