The Honorable Michael Montelongo, Sodexo’s Chief Administrative Officer, was recently invited by the Washington, DC Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) to participate in a panel discussion celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Michael was happy to answer the call. In addition to the spirit of service embedded in his DNA as a Sodexo employee, Michael played a role in forming the DC NSHMBA chapter in the mid-1990s. At the event, Michael shared his experience in building his own career and underscored the importance of taking advantage of educational opportunities. Read more »

The National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH) is the premier professional organization for minority hospitality students. It has grown tremendously from four visionary leaders at Cornell University in 1989 to over 1,200 student members across the U.S. Sodexo has been deeply involved in supporting NSMH and is one of the top employers of its graduating students. Internship Opportunities Abound at Sodexo Despite Flagging Economy

While many companies are laying off their current employees or cutting back on their hiring, Sodexo has gone in the opposite direction with its internship program.
