Sodexo Receives National Recognition for Focus on Talent
At Sodexo, our ability to attract, develop and retain the best talent the industry has to offer is a major factor in our success in the marketplace. Our focus on talent recognizes that in an increasingly diverse and complex world, if we are able to bring the best to our company and to create an invigorating and rewarding environment where our employees can thrive and achieve their career aspirations, our company will remain the best in the industry. We were thankful that many of our initiatives were recognized this year:
Sodexo Recognized with Excellence in Communications Award

Sodexo was recognized for its creative use of social media to build interactive talent communities where we can share information on our company, employees, values, culture and opportunities, providing candidates with a glimpse of what it would be like to work in our company. Our approaches have also enhanced the ability of our candidates to be able to communicate in a meaningful way with our recruiters and our employees, so as to better understand their career potential with Sodexo.
“Sodexo’s program is an impressive example of the successful and innovative use of new tools, technologies, solutions and practices to enhance communications and relationships,” commented Jen McClure, founder and president of the Society.
