March is National Nutrition Month. A time to focus not only on how much you eat, but what you eat. For the 2011 campaign, the emphasis is on color – the colors on your plate! With the theme "Eat Right with Color," the focus is on incorporating colorful fruits and vegetables into your diet.

| Sodexo Named a Top Company for Executive Women
Sodexo, Inc. was named to the 2011 NAFE Top 50 Companies and 10 Nonprofits for Executive Women by the National Association for Female Executives. The list recognizes organizations whose policies and practices encourage women’s advancement and whose numbers at the highest levels of leadership demonstrate that commitment.
Sodexo’s initiatives to promote gender equality in the workplace have had tremendous results, including a 76 percent increase in the number of women in executive and senior leadership positions from 2006 to 2010. Despite reduced management hiring in the last fiscal year, hiring of women has continued to grow. Today, more than 45 percent of Sodexo’s managers are women.

| Sodexo’s Orientation Training Receives Excellence Award
Sodexo was named a recipient of the 2010 Excellence in Practice Award from the American Society for Training & Development for its Sodexo University course "Come Alive with Sodexo," which helps new Sodexo managers flourish and grow throughout their first year. The program introduces employees to the company, its strategy, required compliance training, software applications training, critical operations functions, management techniques and personal development.

Sodexo Commits to 100 Percent Certified Sustainable Seafood by 2015

Sodexo, Inc. has developed a comprehensive, industry-leading Sustainable Seafood Initiative, including a commitment to have 100 percent of its contracted fresh and frozen seafood certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) or Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) by 2015.
Sodexo’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative, "Your Better Choice in Seafood," is part of Sodexo’s Better Tomorrow Plan, the company’s global roadmap for sustainability.
